Lothar was appointed CEO in 2017. He co-founded Systech, a vehicle inspection company, which was acquired by Opus in 2008, and which is the basis of Opus' vehicle inspection business. Lothar provides strategic leadership to Opus. He is a German national and has the German equivalent of a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Tom had a distinguished career in the inspection industry and holds several industry patents. A U.S. citizen, he joined Opus as CTO in 2012 to focus on software and technology to support vehicle inspection. He has a degree in business and a Masters degree in philosophy.
Linus has more than 20 years’ experience in financial management. Prior to joining Opus in 2016, he was CFO of Mediatec, and of Stena Group’s investment arm. Linus is responsible for 'all things finance', including Opus' financial reports. He has a B.Sc. in Business and Economics.
Andy joined Opus in 2019 having lead several automotive aftermarket businesses. Andy is responsible for Opus' vehicle inspection business in North America. He has an M.Sc. from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Per has extensive experience in the Swedish automotive industry having been CEO of Upplands Motor and director of marketing for Bilia. Per's responsibility include Opus' European vehicle inspection business, including the management of the Swedish subsidiary Opus Bilprovning. Per has a business and economics education.
Alfredo has extensive experience in developing new business opportunities. Before joining Opus, he was President of Latin America for Depuy Synthes. He also held senior roles at Roche. Alfredo is responsible for Opus' vehicle inspection activities in Latin America. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration and a degree in chemical engineering.
Brian has managed many different automotive businesses, with extensive expertise in computer technology and automotive service. He was previously President of Drew Technologies. His responsibility at Opus is the Intelligent Vehicle Support division, where he provides strategic and operational leadership. Brian has a degree in Management Information Systems and holds more than 20 patents.
