Station Manager in Sweden

Emma manages two stations near Stockholm in Sweden: one that inspects trucks, buses and motorhomes – and another that inspects cars.

My background

I’ve always been passionate about vehicles. I joined the Army at the age of 20 and worked as a mechanic, servicing, repairing and maintaining a range of different vehicles.

My skills and knowledge

As a station manager, you need to have good understanding of cars.

You also have to be really focused on your colleagues. I see myself just as one more of the five people who work in our station. But I’m also responsible for wanting the best for the team and creating a good working environment.

Customer focus is key. We have a big responsibility to our customers in making sure their vehicles are safe to drive.
